Whats the plan?
On the 7th of December, we are going to squeeze a whole Kids Camp worth of highlights into a single day at Woodend Christian Camp. If you really enjoy camp or want to see what a day at camp looks like, this is the event for you. We will meet at 44 Elizabeth Street and travel out to camp in a bus and vans, do a whole bunch of fun camp activities, have lunch and return to 44 Elizabeth Street at 4:30pm.
What are the details?
This Saturday Social is a collaborative event run by the CDN Trust and RYC. The $20 cost covers all transport, activites and food for the event. Information collected for this event will be kept by both organisations. Photos taken at this event will be shared with everyone who attends and will be used to advertise RYC programs as well as CDN holiday camps online, on social media and in print. Standard Unleashed Terms and Conditions
I agree to my child participating fully in Unleashed and other RYC (Riccarton Youth Community) activities. In participating I agree that it is expected that young people will follow the rules and instructions of leaders to ensure the safety and enjoyment of other members. My child will follow these rules. In the event that they can not follow these instructions and restoration can not be made I understand they may be asked to leave the programme. In this situation, I will be contacted and asked to collect them.
I consent to my child being taken out on excursions with RYC as arranged from time to time, using both public and private transport in vehicles with a current WOF, registration and driven by full licensed drivers.
I have supplied all relevant health and dietary information needed to look after my child, and provided details of emergency contacts.
If I cannot be expediently contacted in the event of an emergency, accident, or illness, I give my permission to the leaders of RYC to seek medical attention for my child as required. In the event of a medical emergency, where I cannot be contacted expediently, I consent to my child to receive such medical, surgical or anaesthetic care which may be needed/determined by the appropriate medical practitioner or hospital authority to which my child has been taken to for care. Should an ambulance or other transport be required, I accept responsibility for all expenses incurred. If tablets or other medications are to be sent on camps or other activities. I will make the leaders aware of this so that they can ensure they are taken correctly.
I accept that this information will be kept on record and will be used for running RYC activities and administration purposes. I expect that all information pertaining to my child shall be kept in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
I give my consent that any photographs/videos taken of my child on RYC activities can be used for RYC Publicity including, but not limited to, use on social media, website and printed material. Images may also be shared in a online photo album which will be shared with Unleashed caregivers via email. If you concerns about the use of photos or videos or would like to opt out of this please contact the Programme Coordinator directly.
